Privacy Policy

BostonDeals, a service of BostonCentral, was designed by parents who care about privacy. We DO NOT rent, sell, or share personal information.

Anti SPAM Policy

We never send spam. Indeed, we hate spammers because they make it harder for legitimate companies to get their message through. We give you total control over what email you receive from us and at what frequency. When you sign up, we do send you occasional updates on Tips and your Friends, but you can change the frequency or unsubscribe at any time.

You agree to NOT to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, including, misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers including copyright management information in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
  
  
• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that:
• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• infringes any trademark, trade secret, copyright or any intellectual property of any party;

• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt or harm any software or hardware;

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

BostonDeals has the right, but not obligation, to delete or move any Content. BostonDeals may preserve and disclose Content if required by law or in the good faith belief that it is necessary to: (a) enforce the TOS; (b) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (c) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of BostonDeals, its users or the public. You understand the Content available on BostonDeals is transmitted over the public Internet and that BostonDeals does not assume control or responsibility over the public Internet or its security.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

THE INFORMATION HERE IS PROVIDED FOR CONVENIENCE - WE HAVE LIMITED RESOURCES TO CHECK THE INFORMATION, SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ANY INFORMATION YOURSELF BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BOSTONCENTRAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BostonDeals, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS or any laws, or your violation of any rights of another.

No Automated Access or Data Mining

You may not send automated requests of any sort to BostonDeals's system without prior written permission from BostonDeals. This includes, but is not limited to: 1) using any software which sends requests to BostonDeals to determine meta-data on members or data, 2) automated searching BostonDeals, and 3) performing "offline" searches or accesses of BostonDeals.
